Increased scam and fraud activity targeted at hospitality businesses has been detected. Please stay alert and aware of scam attempts at all times, examples of scams include eviivo impersonations, fake bookings, phishing attempts, etc.

Security and privacy are eviivo’s top priorities. We take security very seriously and employ rigorous protections to safeguard your data and privacy.

To date, eviivo has never suffered a breach of security, data penetration, fraud or suffered any data loss during our 16 years in business.

Scams target individuals in an attempt to learn private information that allows them to gain access to: your business, your identity or your bank accounts. These scams may appear in the form of emails where fraudsters copy the style of tech support, government, bank emails – including eviivo confirmations – or pretend to be someone they are not on the phone.

Do not ever provide any login credentials, including security questions, as this provides access for them to breach your privacy or accounts.   eviivo would never ask you what your password is by phone or email.

Please know that if you do fall victim to a convincing scam impersonating eviivo, eviivo encrypts card and payment information, lowering the potential risks of a privacy breach.

Stay alert and look for signs as you may be the target of a scam or a phishing attempt:

  • If you receive an email from “eviivo” check to ensure the sender address is from an email that ends with @eviivo.com. Hackers often use an alias so click on the email to see the real address behind it.
  • If you are asked to LOGIN to a web page via email, do not login by using the link.

Login directly at https://on.eviivo.com. This is the only official web address for eviivo suite. Do not enter your login credentials on any website address that isn’t exactly written as: https://on.eviivo.com.

We recommend you bookmark and save this link for easy reference.

We will alert you to reported scams, phishing attempts and impersonations to keep you abreast of known fraudulent activity.
